fonts-arkpandora software package provides Replacement fonts for Microsofts Arial, Times, and Verdana fonts, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-arkpandora
fonts-arkpandora is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-arkpandora package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-arkpandora *
You will get with fonts-arkpandora package name, version, architecture and description in a table
